Built in 1991, the house has approximately 2,900 sq.
feet on two floors. There are four bedrooms and three baths, with a fifth bedroom/office
and ½ bath in the basement. The first floor includes a four-season porch, has two
fireplaces (one in the living room and one in the dining room) and knotty cedar or oak
v-groove paneling throughout. The two second-floor bathrooms have oak v-groove paneling.
All millwork and interior (6-panel) doors are solid oak. High performance, low-e windows
are used exclusively. |
